Don't mind mark and the $200 is the high. Clinto not all of the ten pins are used for 90% or more of us I think the chance of someone needing all ten and trailer brakes would be slim. And yes the trailer brake wire would be a pass through not converted because the controller would be 12v...
Yes we tend to go cheap or else the converters that are already out there would be common place but I think I can build one for under $200 that can plug and play and that is why I think a fair amount would sell. I may be wrong which is why I an doing this poll, if the interest isn't there I...
If you really don't want to have any loose wires or extra connections you could run it through the trailer plug there are some unused pins on the truck and it could go out the normal trailer brake pin on the civilian plug.
939series ? Or not sure what the series is but 915-920? Which one are you referring to? The 939 series has a 12v hookup on the batteries but 24v only alternator.
There is a 24 volt to 12v light converter on some military trucks, I have one for mine but they are expensive around, $500 and it uses a semi style output plug not sure how you would wire the trailer brakes in to that.
Yes there is a governor but I would unhook the linkage on the fuel pump and see if it will go higher by hand and if not mark the arm and shaft so to put it back in same position and try moving it to see if it has slipped I have had one that had rotated on the shaft
You need to come get my old shovel deuce and mount it where the boom on it was then it would rotate and the frame is already reinforced, and you would be saving a real shovel deuce.
Coyotegrey you have got to try it that's like having a ham on Thanksgiving and not eating any for a couple days !
Tennmogger where did you get the coil pack from?
Both of you please add pictures.
And yes rangerbob I have read that tread and many others that mention this great piece of...
Sorry missed the gang name there, been awhile since I lived in California, I thought you were talking about someone here by that name. As to the EUC it is to prevent sales to enemy countries and terror groups, which MS13 maybe listed as by now.
I have a Ready Welder that I bought about 12 years ago from the owner of the company who is a Veteran and nice guy. I just wanted to see how many of us have one and if any one has a actual military issue one. I love mine it is small but will weld anything most big high dollar welders can...
