Not what I said The winches are the same, I don't know if the pumps are the same, I have both winches only difference is the sprocket on the winches and how the chain is driven.

Well good news the actual winches are the same the weakness is in the hydraulics.

Something new, just noticed not all 936's have the rear winches rated the same treessw truck is rated 25000 and 45000 with snatch block. Why the difference?:cookoo:

Toolbox Sideload boxes maybe even open the end of the stock box up front and open up the little boxes on the rear, (they are bigger on 936a2's) just easier and maybe bigger storage and also safer and more secure.
