Fan motor is just 2 wires, like mentioned above, that 12V wire goes from the battery, to the ig/batt switch, to the blower switch, to the blower motor.
Hey, you could use one of your 12V batt equalizers to get your low speed blower fan working! Just kidding bud.

Yes, your converters are draining your batteries. Recharge them immediately, as the longer they sit dead, the more they become damaged. Not sure of your weather there, but a dead battery can freeze and then destruction happens as the ice forces the plates inside apart.

I agree and am going to try to fab an external intake, possibly utilizing the existing under hood fresh air duct. Will add a 90 degree elbow to the rear of the heater and try to align it with the existing donut grommet. Not sure it will work. Will also try to re-utilize the fresh air intake...
