I was talking about the desert camo pattern to the dirt. Open your mind past the vehicle sir. Relax a bit, drink more than just one alcoholic liquid refreshment today and the he## with the dirt, it can wait.
P.S. Most of us worked in the dirt long before we got concrete didn't we? I still don't...
Looking very good, I'll bet that thing is an oven with the windows in and the fresh paint on. I see you have one of those fancy fluorescent air hoses, looks very pliable. How do you like it and where did you get it? I hate mine always looping up and tripping over it.

Not being a WWII guy I will ask, did any other vehicles use the 270? If yes I would say it may have been a field expedient repair. Or end of life repair and that was all that was left. I like the first explanation better. I think the gas pedal was a case of "I can make this thing go faster...
The price for the harness will be "If you have to ask, you cannot afford it".:!: Those pictures of the wiring will bring things back to reality real fast won't they?
AHA, Understood. The drooling didn't have anything to do with the repeated zaps from the remote did it? I know you said it was hilarious to watch him flop around like a fish out of water. LOL.
SO THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN PB for shipping it North to CAMO MAFIA
You consider Lilburn Ga. North? Dang, That would make the the South Carolina boys Yankees!!! I don't even want to think what that make me from NJ.:shock:
Even after all of the previous pictures it was not until the last three that I noticed that the K18 had been punched in the nose.
PB, Sending Deb the remote could make for some real entertainment. Sure you want to do that? What am I thinking, of coarse you do, you have cameras.
Think about this. The clutches in the differential will want to spin the opposite wheel, just like it would if it were jacked up and you spun one tire the other would spin the same way. Same thing on the ground and driving. There is no resistance in turning the other axle. It will also turn the...
If one hub is sticking and the other is unlocked and you have a limited slip the only thing that is going to happen is the side opposite the sticking hub will rotate at the same speed forward as the locked hub and the spiders will not turn at all. No damage will be done. One good point is being...
If you go with one of the local auto store steering boxes for cheap just remember that you get what you pay for. I would use a Red head reman box myself. The steering boxes are NOT all the same between the 10 through the 30 series. Mechanically they will all fit but the internals are different...
Alright, First things first. Happy Birthday Zout. I stopped having those things 30 years ago. Now, PB, I have to know why there is only one wheel on the passengers side rear? I could have sworn that 5,000 pictures ago I saw all the wheels on it as it left the tire shop.
