M817: Starting issues, no prime, at wits end!

How full is your fuel tank? Have you ever replaced your rubber fuel line that connects to the IP? (frame to IP, 1/2" id)

M817: Starting issues, no prime, at wits end!

No replacement, just clean. I use a q-tip and carb cleaner. Remember, the springs are small and light. Do this over a pan, or bowl. Under each(2) screws there is one spring and one ball.

The scratches are OK. You'll need to remove the primer from the dash, to clean the 2 check balls and their seats.

Is there a door limiter to prevent guests from hitting mirrors with the door?

I have bent the rod before to adjust the stop location. A spacer might work well too. Did you look at your truck before posting? (I've noticed several threads lately where people post before looking at their truck, and I'm trying to understand this phenomena)

There is! There is also a TM that shows it.

    m1009 brake issue

Press it like you would in a panic stop. Not hard(and hold), just a quick stomp. Might take 3 or 4 times.

    CUCV-II/CUCV2 won't start

What are you referring to with numbers, for resistors? I know nothing about PMDs.
