Bill, I brought my M35A2 & M105A2 trailer over from California a few years back, and had no problems getting both registered here in Nevada. I have a friend who has an M52A2 5 Ton tractor and it's also registered here in Nevada. You might try contacting the (NHP) Nevada Highway Patrol. Good Luck.
Dave, I thought about retiring to Idaho several years ago, the countryside is beautiful. A friend of mine lives in Fruitland, ID. Alex Gordon he runs Idaho Motor Pool. Good place for 2 1/2 and 5 Ton parts.
I think it would be a nice MV to own, but my main concern down the road is this vehicle will become a parts orphan. I haven't seen much yet on spare parts coming from GP.
Here we are going into the final days of the November 2019 MV of the Month, and we have a very nice M38A1 Jeep tied for 1st place with an equally nice GE Center Cab Locomotive. I'm sure this is a first.
