The 2 man curtain is the full width of the B pillar from top to bottom. The 4 man curtain is the full width of the C pillar, then narrows to fit in the area between the rear sponsons. Most 4 man trucks do not have the narrow divider.

I'm no expert but I believe that is a Viet Nam era ALICE butt pack. The suspenders attach to it I think. It clips to the web belt. Edit: Not ALICE system.

Driveline racket is very likely coming from wheel end spider gears with excessive lash. There is a thread here on adjusting this. Also check the hub lube level.

You want 383 Green which is FS 34094. Rapco paint is way too glossy and looks completely wrong. You want to buy American Coatings paint from armytankguy on ebay. Listed as CARC green substitute.
