    Gov planet 803a price.

Auction prices are way up! Some sold last auction for crazy prices. I’m in the market for one myself. As already mentioned, buying from a private seller will almost certainly be cheaper.

    M1009 (Also) Turn signal issues

Mud = water. I would literally take apart every single connector you can and inspect, clean and apply electrical grease. Including grounds. It’s a total PITA, but necessary since the problem will not fix itself. It will get worse most likely since corrosion from moisture will take over more...

What have you done to your CUCV today/lately - Part 2

We don’t get much snow anymore, but I would get a brush clearing attachment installed and start clearing land. I just can’t afford one. Especially a CAT. Oh well, I can dream.

    Cucv 105a2

The M101A2/A3 was designed for the M1008/28. Surge brakes are great when maintained and is the perfect size and load for the truck. Their kinda scarce at auction now but plenty still out there privately. IMHO it’s the best trailer the military ever made. I use mine almost every day. Yes...

smoke from steering column after new 2057 bulb in front right side

When I was hunting down a horn issue, it turned out to be a short in the turn signal cluster. Theres a lot going on in such a small space. I would dive into column and see if anything obvious was source of smoke. Smoke rises, so the source could actually be lower in the column and just found...
