The runflat is hitting the "air assembly", rotate the wheel so the air assembly is pointing up, you may still have to do some prying to get the bead past the air assembly.
I would put a piece of 3/8 plate on the circle burner and make an interface plate to mount to the flywheel. Then weld a stub shaft to the center for your PTO.
Sometimes if they get a little spiralled you can bend them back. But if the two ends of the ring are no longer in line, or spread out more that quarter inch or so, scrap it.
Seems like we are not far off from being able to program a MQ-9 Reaper to fly a grid pattern over say ISIS held territory, and if the "computers" don't see a "blue indication" from a heat signature moving on the ground, well it's poof.

Do you have any cop buddies that can run the VIN through the DMV? If it comes back "no data" you should be able to buy it from the property owner and do what you want with it.

Funny you should respond to this, I just now finally found the RH air spring assy reasonably on ebay. Eastern has the LH, which you can convert to a RH. There does not seem to be a commercial equivalent to this part. I hope I am proven wrong, because all of the 90's era trucks are...
My M915A1 (essentially the same engine turbocharged to 400 hp) cannot break out of 7 mpg bobtail at 55 mph (2100 RPM). It has no transfer case drag etc. So 10 mpg is hopeless for this engine at freeway speeds.
Sounds like all that happened is your passenger side alternator's voltage regulator failed full output and cooked the battery and the alternator. The engine power issue is most likely filters. Glad you made it home. Not sure why your hood bumper caught fire though.
