Power washed both trailers today. Amazing how nasty they can get just sitting under trees. Bought new 5k swivel jacks (Butler Jack) for them also. Will weld the bases on this weekend. My lower back will definitely be happier.

Really?! Ok Water in the tank, install new tank. Wait a year or two, or less, more water in new tank. Install another tank. Repeat as necessary. Totally unnecessary with correct additive. But if someone wants to do that, knock yourself out. Most guys on here knew what I meant.

Changing parts won't get rid of water in the fuel tank.

What model truck? Is the glow plug system stock or modified? What exactly is the DMM reading? "less than normal" isn't helpful. What does intermittent running mean? Running rough and then smooth or engine sometimes quits and then starts?

I do also add two-cycle oil to the diesel fuel. Not a single engine/fuel issue. Everyone has their own idea and preference on what to, or not to, use in their fuel. For me, Seafoam (everything) and two-cycle oil (for diesel only) is, and has been, working extremely well.

To each his own, but I have had nothing but positive results. I use it in everything. From motorcycles, lawnmowers, to my 5 ton. My brother and uncle do also. Never an issue.

Put a can of Seafoam in the fuel tank and see if that helps. More times than not it does. I would also change the fuel filter. You never know what junk was in the tank.
