Love the idea rusty. Seems I'm always stopping for fuel, or close to running out on some long trips. Two tanks would give me a nice comfort zone.

Knuckle-boom deuce Exactly. When I purchased my truck I checked the front U Bolts and found the R/H nuts were loose and tightened them. About 1500 miles later I noticed excessive tire wear on the R/H front tire, and the U Bolt nuts were loose again. Replace the U Bolts, nuts, and lock washers...

My M35 had a 50cal belt link in the cab, along with several cigarette butts, a beemans gum wrapper, and an army corporal collar pin all in the right hand defroster duct...........no fooling.

Mostly she spoke about how disappointed everyone was when the flying wing programs were cancelled. Same with the F-20 program years later. Most people don't know that the McDonnell Douglas F-18 Hornet was originally the Northrop YF-17 Cobra.

The truck is a 54 and has survived 61 years, after all this time don't do it an injustice, just keep it stock.

My Mother worked on the XB-35 & YB-49 as well as the Snark, T-38, & F-5 programs for Northrop in Hawthorne, CA......many years ago.

Mine starts fine at 40* or above. Now that I'm in central Nevada I'll see how she starts next Tuesday, It's supposed to be 24*.
