Make sure if you try to replace the line you only use the pushlok hose. They are made to work together.

Good call James, i missed that. Id say a filter gasket is letting air in.

God only knows what happened while it was sitting. If it started and ran, I wouldn't mention it but, I'd start with the fuel filters. Also might look at the fuel shut off rod and make sure it moves FREELY and the whole range of motion.

The pump is a gear pump. Very doubtful it isnt working. If your sure though, you'll have to pull it to fix it.

Also, there is 22.5rims out there with the deuce pattern. No need to modify 10 lug rims.

The large lug would be the output, the trigger should be small. We have no clue what you've got till you post pics.

When guys are talking about building a whole motor, swapping a piston doesn't seem that bad.

I always love seeing your creations, so don't take this the wrong way! You'll need more than that to protect the fuel tanks. I've seen the "L" brackets with diagonal supports get bent while off-roading. I have thought about putting a fuel tank in the space under the bed between the frame rails...

Its hard to arm-chair this from a computer. Guessing its a stock 6.2 with the banks kit added? How old are the injectors? Have they seen any attention? Could one have gone bad and put a hole in a piston? Seems to me with the truck starting so easy, its just one cyl. The puff kinda confirms...

Should be 2 or 3 lights on the boom and operator bucket, that supplies the voltage.

Nice jack stands, I use the same ones. I'd look for a gas charged equivalent shock.
