I just bought a spare MTVR PCU so dual circuit is now in the realm of possibilities. Please let me know your findings on the dual circuit.

Yea after learning more about the plugs and the comms system a breakout cable is definetly the way to go. On your 422 controller did you see an option to enable dual circuit capabilities? I dont think I have any interest in making a breakout cable if it does not since I have a cheap LVSR...

If it is immediately 5 flashing lights on startup then probably a bad solenoid in your PCU. OHM them out.

@GeneralDisorder has a kit or two for sale if I recall.

It is a right of passage doing 6-7 tires by yourself.

Buy an MTVR and convert it with a cheap wrecker body. Better in every way and [probably save money too.

For a start look at all of your primary power and grounds on the truck. Check for corrosion or abrasion there. Just start chasing wires is the best I could tell you. A toner is your best friend.

The ecm will need to be reflashed at a minimum. There is a possibility that it is compatible with the C7 but some ecms are not compatible with other engines. Example most of the C7 ecms but not all are not flash compatible with the C12 in the mtvr but the majority of the 3126b ecms are. It...
