If you put a chsain around it, make sure there is sufficient slack. The first time I tried it I didn't and had to let the air out of the tire to get the chain off. Also if you watch the pressure as it goes in, the tire seats on the bead at about 25-30psi. It pops when that happens and may catch...
You should be fine using it to dump as long as you have put in the rubber brake line AND put a limiting strap from the tounge to the bed. What happens is the bed gets "hind end" heavy and that snaps the pivot casting. As long as you know it wasn't meant to dump and are cautious, you'll be fine.

Not sure how I missed this thread when you first started it.
Does the pacbrake have any temp restrictions? I would think having it attached to the turbo like that would melt the seals out of the air cyl at least.

If it does light up when you put it in reverse, it has been modified from stock. Not a bad thing, just not normal. Any pics of the front?
