OK thanks. Hydraulic would be an thought for off road as you could turn them off if the problem of jackknife might be a problem.http://www.oemoffhighway.com/product/10057446/terra-drive-systems-formerly-tuthill-drive-systems-ez-trac-steerable-hydraulic-drive-axle
Yea I get mine from the local truck parts place here in town. That was the easy way for me to show that filter. If anyone remembers the thread I did after changing 4 of my truck PT filters. Yes they can be cleaned but getting the screen cap back on and cleaning it was faster to spend 10 bucks...
I don't see a drive line so are the rears driven by hydraulic.
No Rusty not cranky and it was not aimed at you but just my opinion from the first drive shaft comment. I always throw out my .02 there on anything. That's the beauty of the web and I am not here to stroke any ones ego. When I need...
You talking this one. http://www.bigmikesmotorpool.com/products/copy-of-cummins-nhc-250-24-volt-fuel-cut-off-solenoid-3035344
should get a new O ring to. It is round but square sides. Lube the threads with a little oil and don't cross thread.
I read the reports and tests on the RX and other types and decided to go with RX. Pretty has nothing to do with it due diligence has always worked for me. I hope Rusty can get it all together and his system works well. As said I like to keep things simple so take a simple truck and make it prone...
Most catch can are all right at best. I found the RX catch can at $300.00 worked best for my Silverado. Would I spend 300 on a Deuce catch can or just put in a cheap valve. I go valve.
I can't draw like "G" but you get the idea. I like to keep thing simple and don't trust electric stuff. Before fording as said it's good to look over the truck and some trucks have vented fuel caps so you still need a walk around to close off the cap valve. Might even look to see if the tool box...
I guess from an EPA stand point it's a good thing to run through the intake. Bad would be the air is dead and any oil blow by that gets through to the filter. Myself I would just have a extension hose for the road draft tube to add before fording. The extension could be on a quick coupler and...
Rusty you thinking about something to cut off the road draft tube or go simple and just hook up long hose and tied high to the cab to ford then lower when done?
The ones I have on my 5 tons just cut it off and you would think that when fording the pressures are building so don't go swimming for...
Well lets just look at it this way. $1800 for wheels and tries so $4700 for a military truck what a deal but that truck is not going to sell for $6500. If Fuzzy decides to sell my guess 10k.
I would not want the end of the exhaust pipe low and near the cab. When at stop lights or real slow driving you are looking at maybe exhaust coming back into the cab.
