Looks like gen set up on the m103 flat bed. Those don't have sides and use long specific staves but normal m101/105 bows. I do not know the p/u # for the set up. Those are not too common and probably worth more than m105 covers. On the m116 gen set flat beds ,the covers are rare.

The original are civy parts. Haldex formerly midland offers them rebuilt. Napa or truck pro should be able to order.

I had not seen that. The top trays already have different sets of holes for height on the mounting tabs. I wandered what models or set ups needed the different spacing for the bottom feet as the tubs I believe are predrilled from amg. Then to add more to the mix you have the turbo dog houses...

I am not sure. What I found is there a ton of different tm's for install on hmmwv based on the radio (s) used or other gizmos they held and intercom thrown in the mix. R442, flavors of sincgars including double stack, and newer harris models. Also the different styles of navigation equipment...

Typically the black style feet are on the bottom and the v shape are on the top. Both trays are compatible to use with each other

old school check for the belt is have a bar of soap rub on the inside & outside of a serpentine belt. If noise goes away, rubber is suspect old. Won't fix a bad pulley, bearing, tensioner ,etc Noise to me on video sounds like Transmission / Differential / Hub gear & drive train associated YMMV

I am trying to change a hood rub block on the fender next to the hood strap. The bolts just spin. Are there riv nuts on the fender which are bad? Is there a nut on the inside to hold with a wrench? I looked and could not feel or see anything?

Load testing the batteries a year ago is almost like infinity in time..... Harbor freight makes a good carbon pile tester that is reliable and cheap plus old school. Make sure batteries are fully charged @ 12.6 V before load testing...
