I think if it started its life as a deuce and you can still see it, it counts. Though I'm a little biased as time goes on and I mod mine more and more away from stock.

A quick search shows prices from ~$45 to ~$85 if you need to replace it though.

A separate system is more expensive, but it's also isolates the main system. In my case, I could see myself a couple hundred miles away from everyone, going to start my truck and it won't start because one of the dozen accessories was left on, or shorted, or something and drained the batteries...

I'm not sure if I'm reading this correctly. I read an article that purported the idea that many long haul companies inflate their tires too high, but not past the recommended max and this can lead to premature tire wear.

If you have a standard square hitch, there are variable height receivers. Make some measurements and make sure you find one that has a good range.
