    Whats a 1097A2 worth?

As it sits there, if properly titled and running well, your $12.5k offer seems more than reasonable.

    Electrical Assistance

Sounds to me like you have an electrical short somewhere in the light circuit you need to hunt down.

    Radiator question.

You mean the transmission oil cooler that is on top of the actual radiator? This is how all of them are. Civilian H1s can also have the aircon condenser in the stack as well. The various coolers together are commonly referred to as the cooling stack.

    M1101 / 1102 axle torsion springs

The torsion is inside the axle itself, so as long as the weight is off of the axle (i.e. wheels removed and nothing pushing on the hubs) then there isn't anything to worry about.

    Thermostat fan switch temperature ranges?

You are correct that it is no longer available as an AM General OEM part, but that doesn't mean it isn't being made by the OEM vendors HPG has one from an original OEM Vendor in stock and explains the reason: EFFECTIVE 10-2021 ANYTHING BUT "REM MFG" IS AFTERMARKET AND IS WORTHLESS POS AND DOES...

if it isn't an OEM part, then it's cheap chinese crap. There really isn't any in-between

What have you done to your HMMWV today/lately

That's a shiny filler neck. Did you buy it through a reputable source, or is it a chinesium knock off?

Did I toast my 6.2 engine somehow, and how do you jump a 24v HMMWV?

I've seen batteries that failed within a few months of purchase. They will show a full charge, but have little capacity left. The fact that the OP keeps his on a charger when not in use doesn't rule out the possibility of a failed battery, but it would mean they pretty much always show higher...

200 amp alternator- No output, questions.

As Mogman said, checking for voltage at the ign terminal should tell you whether it's getting the signal to produce power or not. If it is and still not producing power, then I'd worry about further troubleshooting of the alt. Because it's intermittent, then it's 98% likely it's a failed...

200 amp alternator- No output, questions.

Sounds like the start box is failing and needs repaired/replaced. The alternator has zero control over the glow plug operation Alternator won't start until it gets a signal from the start box 60 amp alternator is considered a major downgrade. If you are going to do anything, it would probably...

Did I toast my 6.2 engine somehow, and how do you jump a 24v HMMWV?

Halfway though his original post he did in fact mention that he used 2 shims when installing the starter.

Log of my M1165. Project Joshua.

They discontinued the MT/R and now have a line labeled as "Enforcer" that look the same.

Not quite a generator, but my 803 is part of it soon...

if you are putting 3 of them on a 3 phase generator then you should be able to put one on each leg to balance it out, provided they don't mind voltage being a little under 240 edit: looks like they can take a very wide range of voltage, so I don't see it being an issue.

    M998 RIGHT REAR CALIPER LEAKING

The kit part number you listed updates to the one I listed, so yes, that is the correct part number. If you need the spring with the kit it is different for each side, but same overall cost from the above site (in other words, there are 3 kits for rebuilding the rear calipers, one specific to...

    M998 RIGHT REAR CALIPER LEAKING

Got a model and serial number? There are different kits for pre and post 300XXX serial numbers. Here's the kit for pre 300XXX serial numbers https://www.hummerpartsguy.com/KIT-BRAKE-CALIPER-REAR-LEFT-OR-RIGHT-NO-SPRING-299999-AND-BELOW_p_26631.html

Did I toast my 6.2 engine somehow, and how do you jump a 24v HMMWV?

Here is how it looks jumping from 2 12V jump packs. Replace one of them with the jumper cables from the 12V vehicle. 2 12V batteries, each one gets a 12V source. That being said, you need to put a multimeter on the batteries and see what they are actually doing while you are cranking. If...

    IDing DRASH for friend

HP-2 series trailer, can't tell the exact set up. HDT Global acquired DHS Technologies back in 2015. While I don't know what the exact version you have there is, they do list several models on their website. https://www.hdtglobal.com/index.php?s=hp-2 I don't know if they have released any...

    M1152 AC issues

The valve to turn on the heater core flow is notorious for failing on the newer trucks with the electronic valve. Most reliable repair is to replace the electronic valve with the manual one from the older trucks. Follow the coolant lines from the engine back into the firewall on the passenger...

Not quite a generator, but my 803 is part of it soon...

I would say it depends on the charger, as the battery pack should be able to take whatever amount of power that the generator can provide in bulk charge mode. The only real difference should be how many hours you have to run the generator overall.
