    Fuel Return Line Pressure?

That looks a bit shy of the 32 degrees. There is supposed to be a closed end lock nut about an inch or so long on the screw sticking out of the pump body at the rear of the house shaped cover on the pump. That is what sets the throttle travel, that and the part under that cover that is secured...

    Fuel Return Line Pressure?

Does not sound like the pump failed since no metal in the screen filter. Only way to tell if the screens are plugged is to run it with a gauge on the FP outlet and see if the rail pressure is in spec or pull the injectors and have a look see. Easier to pull things apart. But first, make sure...

    Fuel Return Line Pressure?

Don't know the fuel code off the top of my head, but a 614 CPL 400 was 160-175 at rated RPM. Why do you think there is a blockage? If there were a blockage between the inlet of the engine and the outlet, that would equal pinching off the return line, the idle would creep, after driving the RPM...

    Fuel Return Line Pressure?

There is zero reason to add a 75 PSI pump to a PT fuel system. These are not like a bosch system. There is almost zero pressure at idle and up to almost 1000 RPM, only flow, then the governor plunger, weights, button start ramping the fuel pressure and rate up to where it needs to be. There is...

    which m151a2 manual

I'll keep digging in the boxes at the Museum.

    which m151a2 manual

I looked twice in two spots, not there, but could be in a box and not on the shelf. @Guyfang , is it in PDF? If so, maybe zip it and send to @patracy or @Mullaney and they can up load it.

    which m151a2 manual

I just looked, not here in the TM section. Lemme look in the Museum library. If it's not too big, I can scan it. If too much for me, I can send it off.

    M816 Wrecker - General Questions

I looked, even pulled out 4 old laptops, not in/on anything here. I know I had a copy, that's how I found what the pattern was as well as colors, on my junk. I'll keep looking, maybe see if there is a hard copy in the library at the Museum. Who knows, I might have taken it there.

    Split Rims

Hanco made a bunch of trailers. What model? Is it a multi piece wheel that the lock ring bolts to the wheel or is it a split type lock ring? Pictures help. I think this would go better in the trailer forum.

Did I toast my 6.2 engine somehow, and how do you jump a 24v HMMWV?

Check grounds from engine to chassis, chassis to body and engine, chassis, body to batteries. If all that checks good, a good ground in manuals says no more than 10 ohms, but, from experience, 2 ohms will f things right on up. Best to have <1 ohm. If all that checks good, I would venture to...

I still have digital stuff here, I'm pretty sure it is in that collection. I'll look.

    M816 Wrecker - General Questions

Don't oil it, the oil will stay in the paint and make it a mess to deal with if you decide to repaint/touch up. Light wet sand it in a not very visible spot to see what colors it truly is. The wet sand can be used on the rear bumperettes and front bumper to get unit numbers. Those can tell you...

    M816 Wrecker - General Questions

1 of 3 IMHO. The longer it sat, the harder it is to decipher. IMHO, Winter. Winter is Forrest Green, FG, 34079, 45%. Field drab, FG, 30118, 45%. Sand, S, 5%, 30277. Black, B, 5%. Could be Summer or Tropics, again, depending on the fading and how long it has been sitting in the elements...

Very cool! Yes, it is MERDC. Give me a bit and I can tell you what pattern it is. I love MERDC!
