MEP803A Does not crank Hurricane on its way.

Thank you. I have these. My issue was identifying the numbers for the terminals on SW1 itself without removing the switch and wiring.

MEP803A Does not crank Hurricane on its way.

Roger. I just jumped it long enough to hear the pump test. That's the issue. Can you send me a PM. I have a guy locally that has the diodes since I deploy on Monday, but I would like to talk to you about your remote starts. There are 3 of us on the ship that use these as our house backups...

Okay we need to back up. I mis read the label and measured the wrong diode. The right side of CR1 has voltage and the left side does not in prime/rum

Fuel return line ID and return back pressure

There is no problem. Just replacing the lines on one of my units with 1/8" and started asking myself the question. I have had combustion issues on larger engines with very small restrictions in the return line in the past.

Can anyone say whether there is an issue with higher return pressure using the the 3.2mm id hose (1/8") versus the a 3.5mm id hose? For the injector return on a MEP803a.

    Advice on Overhauling MEP803A engine

Guys, I have an 803 with poor compression. It was apparently swamped. Demoh and I pulled the head tonight and found very light pitting on the cylinder walls. My options are to replace the engine or overhaul. Can anyone lead me in the right direction for surplus overhauled Dn4m engines? Can...
