I threw the original heater in my M819 under the map box and have plenty of heat even on the -0 days. it does have a hard top that helps a lot also.

my eng in this truck never was a 250. its a 855 bc4 civi version. with the 4:10 ratio and the 13 over mine will earn me high speed driving awards. I am running the 11r20 goodyears on the rear.

Like Ron said BRAKES! or the possible lack of. that's one of the reasons I modded my truck. I now have a power divider,(saves tire wear ) good road speed, smooth ride,(cause I went air ride) and real brakes. What trans did you go with?
