    Put in a set of glow plugs. Made a world of difference. Would'nt start without plugging in at 32 degrees. Tested and found six to be bad. All set for winter now.

    Yes, tires are from snow train, and yes, they did try to get our attention before shootin pics. Just can't hear knockin on the door at all (need doorbell i guess), but the wife saw them and went out to inquire. Then she actually told me to take pics.....otherwise I would'nt have tried it:)

    not sure how they found it, or who they were actually, but these two ladies appeared in my yard, knocked down 7ft tall weeds, just to get some pics in my G-ride. can't even see it from the road, they must have mad mv finding skills. brightened up the place for a bit, so no harm.

    First mud! Yanked two school buses out of captivity, one on its way to a new home. Was a good time and everything worked just fine. Got to spin the tires and even busted my big ole tow line.

    Well, i went and got me another deuce! my 3rd. It's a multi-fuel that runs just fine, has tires that are holding air, and lots of character. I can pick up right away, make payments, and it was only $1000! will save half that in moveing my stuff around and out of the yard, like two school...

    Bent up some metal strapping and made little clips to hold my blowgun in the rear window. Only thing I'm willing to risk loseing! Took about 5mins, but i laughed for much longer.:roll:

    Stopped by the local alternator shop and had my friend test my batteries as i have been haveing trouble starting in the mornings. one batt was in good shape, the other was stone dead. I hear thats worse than just one good batt. got new one in and was amazed at how fast my starter twistes up!

    i did let city and coast guard do some confined space work in the dark with rescue crews and such. vessel had been used as a processor vessel for salmon. has four large fish holds and massive freezer section too. also tendered fuell to the fishing boats that came to deliver fish. fuel...

    The ship is actually still usable, and not goin to scrap. goin to be used as floating breakwater for small dock in Sand Point area. Gen set fires up, hydros work, and deck crane will prolly get some use too. So, the long story...I'll try to condense a bit.. While workin at the machine shop...

    new ps pump, new master cyl. both tie-rod ends and dampner, all wheel bearings and seals, and brakes. and a new shell to keep the snow out this winter, just got it on day before the first snow. and pic of lunch bbq on Homer spit, there was left overs...8-).
