The body looks nice if its not full of bondo. It looks like to me it has a cj fuel tank in it. It seems to be a nice jeep and good project.

I had the same problem with the hold down pins from KW. I told them they where junk and needed to stop selling them. Shows how much the really listen. I was lucky and could reuse my old ones. Where are you going to buy the expensive wireing harness? The prices vary so much I am just not sure...

I had it repaired at a local shop. I can find out all there Info and post it. They also found someone to rewind my 005 voltage regulater main transformer (Said it was to difficult for them). They seem to really know there stuff and have alot of connections. Brian

Finally got the voltage regulater back and in. I am ready for hurricane season now. It works perfect! Thanks for everyones help! Brian

Go get a DOT inspection done usually cost $45-$75 then see what they say. Just make sure all lights work since thats what they usually look for. Then I don't see how they could deny you. I had no questions down here in December with my A2. If i can help anyway I am a CDL driver and will help...

You need to check the height of your truck in the deuce. There are legal heights not sure about CA. Might not be an issue but figured i better warn you. Brian

I have a mep003 that is putting out 160 volts and can't control it with the rheostat. I got the old one to work shortly so i figured it had a bad rheostat. I installed a new one today and no luck still no control. Thanks for any help!

Take a look on the net at how many gensets that are being resold by GL! I stumbled accross one that i was out bidded on. I didn't know I was playing against the house!
