    Where's Your License Plate?

    I have my plate mounted between the pintle hitch and left rear black out light. It centers well. You can purchase a lic. plate bracket w/light from a trailer supplier for parts or NAPA. Cost is less than $12.00. 2cents

    Thanks for the information, what kind of wheels? Military? I had considered looking about to see if the early HUMVV wheels would work, however they are usually 16.5. I did see a few of the M1008's using that set up over in Camp Fallujah, however they did rub some up front. They sure looked awsome!

    M1008 Tires

    Recently purchased a 86 m1008 from GOV. LIQ. With the 4.56 gears, what is the tallest tire that I can run on this truck without installing any lift kit. New to the forum, any help is greatly appreciated. Working to have a practicle CUCV like what I had in the 'Bees' Will post picture soon. Thanks!:)
