After looking into it I decided to do the 24 volt alternator swap and add a 12 Volt Add-on alternator. Did you use the company in your post - Wolverine Tech - for your part? are they reliable ? I like the warranty they offer...

I used a stapel gun to adhere the fabric over the new padding and onto the bottom of the seat, which is 3/4 MDX wood now. For the back I fabricated a new, wood *backplate* that fits nice n snug into the metal frame, then stapled the fabric to it.

While talking to the guy I bought my trucks from I told him I was looking for several extra things to go with my trucks.
Later that week when the trucks arrived at my home in Arizona I found this in the back of the 109 and the 105 trailer that he tossed in for me...
