Great idea! Pulling the gate up from inside the trailer is a royal pain in the rear. I'm definitely looking into adding chains.

It's an outdoor carpet, and I can just roll it up when I'm finished. I guess I should have clarified that it needs to be weatherproof just when I'm in it :-D

Ripcord - I actually ended up buying another M101 a few days after I bought the one from you. I use one for hauling and the newest one for camping. Gotta say I'm hooked :D I'll post some pics shortly.
