First off, it's Sherwin Williams. Look for one of their chemical coatings locations. Their standard paint stores probably can't order it.

I think (don't quote me on this) that those older models had the option of steel or rubber tires. Maybe a combination was used for a specific reason on that H, or it was all they had lol.
