I am swapping a D turbo for a C, the C does not have the oil fittings on the top or the bottom.Can I take the parts off the D and put them on the C?

After I pulled the drum last time I thought :there has to be an easier way.With a few 2x4s and some plywood and a moving cart this made the job effortless.I 'm sure I am not the first person to do this but it does make it much easier on the back.
