Trust me, you don't. The install is a major PITA and after you're done, get ready for disappointment. Even with every single louver closed, the amount of air expelled through that one by the driver's knee is imperceptible. Just cap them off at each end and get on with your life.

If the turns flash with the bulb removed from the signal stalk, you can live with it like that, or replace that bulb with the one that fixes the problem. I forget the part number, I think it's available on amazon.
