This truck was refurbished and built for my welding business. Motor was swapped out with a LBZ. Outfitted with a 400 amp Miller Pipe Pro, 100ft welding cables, 150ft. Oxy actylene cutting hose reel, a dual use propane/compressed air hose reel, 100ft. 115v reel and a mess of tools for fabrication.
I am beginning to think these bolts are not from the transmission at all but have no idea where else they could be from. I believe the pump bolts you are referring to are pictured. I did not have to open the pump up. But I thank you for trying, I clearly need the help.
I checked both direct and indirect drive starters that I have laying around and they are both 1/4-20. If you need exact lengths, I can get that for ya tomorrow. I think that part number shown will work but don't take my word.
Great help there. I will add that extracting the card is made easier by pulling with a hook pick in the little hole on the end of the card. I grab one side with fingers and hook pick the other side. Just be sure to disconnect the batteries first.
I have a couple 400s, great machines. I can attest to their ability to weld in volume at high amps. No idea how they compare to MEP power generation. But I do know they weld way better than the Hobart welder they gave me in the military. Even if you don't weld much, you can burn a half dozen...
While cleaning up the card and connections, I found a couple leaky capacitors and ordered replacements from amazon. 9 bucks for 4 of them so it's worth a shot. Especially since they will beat the new card here.
