I have access to 17.5 wheels and heavy duty tires that have the same bolt pattern. I wonder if they would fit with the drums on?

I don't make them any more, ran out of the base HEMTT wheels last year. Contact M1075 on here, I believe he is still doing them.

I have been out of these wheels for over a year now. Funny thing is, when I bought them I got 120 wheels. I was sitting there looking at all these pallets (they were 4 to a pallet stacked 3 pallets high) and wondering what the **** I was thinking buying all of them... now I wish I had bought...

I know this is an old post, but just for informational purposes I wanted to add a couple things to this thread. While I don't think the setup sounded safe, it was only because of the tongue weight, and not the overall weight or lack of CDL. I don't see why it would be a problem for the deuce...

Well, a 4th one didn't leak, but then the front 2 wheel cylinders leaked, changed those out and you get a good pedal, but it's just not right. You can drive it around the block, when you get back you HAVE brakes, but just not much. Can't see any leaking fluid anywhere.

Well we took apart the first one that was leaking, and the seals looked good but there was a little pitting on the cylinder surface where the seal sits, which I would guess is why people hone them when they rebuild them, after we tried the 2nd one and it leaked, we took it apart and it looked...

It is hard for me to wrap my head around that... 1 in 50, now 3 in a row. Got to be over a million to 1 chance on that. Not to mention the last one came out of a truck with known good brakes, no leaks.

Hopefully someone can help me with something. Have a truck that was a forestry unit. No brakes, determined it to be airpack, changed it. Bleed. Brakes work. Next day, brakes no work. Put to pasture. Fast Forward 6 months. Bleed. Brakes! Next day, no brakes! Master cylinder leaking...

It's not so much as they flex, but they twist a lot.

Post pics of this when you do it, I would like to see something like that. I think it is going to be hard to closely match the lines of the front fenders on a 5 ton.. they are HUGE on a 5 ton.

Well I had some requests to post up some pics of a truck I just finished up with a M101 bed. I have built trucks with M105 beds and cut down stock beds, but I wanted to see what the 3/4 ton bed would look like. The M101 is not as wide as a M105 so the fenders do not line up with the fronts and...

Yeah, they are not too common.. the only thing I have seen them on in this size is the bridge trucks. I think they look pretty cool because they make the truck look stockish/vintage, but still have that "big" look.

Those tires are 14.00's.
