You'll have room when it comes to the trans, as it isn't super tight against the tunnel. The fuel tank is pretty damn close to the tunnel. Iirc I think it's about 3/4" between the top of the tank and tunnel, maybe a little closer.

All I know is my truck doesn't have insulation in it, just bed liner sprayed in the entire tub. It's pretty damn loud, especially above 55mph.

Yup, stock 4 speed truck. It maintains 70mph pretty easy. The only time it needs to work a little hard is when the hills start. Even then, it's not bad.

Did front brakes today. Whoever decided to place the drivers side front caliper where it is, needs a swift kick to the dick.

Every single one. Still has slightly positive camber, but it's soooo much better.

Mine also had 3 shims per bracket. Fortunately all mine were able to be removed downward, so I only had to loosen the bracket bolts, not remove them entirely.

Alignment day. Just for reference, the shims on the upper control arms were decently thick. I took a pic with my micrometer. As for the tires. They were toe out 3" overall. The measurements before aligning it were 87" rear, 90" front. lol Now they're set at 88 1/2" front, and 88 5/8" rear. I...

Pulled the rear shims out of the upper control arms today. That was fun. The rear most upper arm brackets are a PITA to get to. Up next is a homemade alignment.

Got some new shoes put on today. The truck rides sooooo much better.

Laying down some primer and base coat. The doors are pretty straight right out of the box. One had a gouge in it from shipping, but that was easily filler and blocked smooth. Mine bounces between 200° - 220° with the fan cycling on and off. Doesn't seem to matter if it's 95° outside or below freezing.

They look decent. The inside of the door definitely looks different from originals, or the reproduction ones from West Kentucky Surplus. Seller claims they weigh 400lbs on a pallet. Mine were 280lbs on a pallet. So unless he's packing the doors full of lead, his weight is off.

When started, it just idles. My idle speed doesn't change depending on temperature.
