As an update, there is a guaranteed TCM-100 I/O module on eBay for $450 which I will likely need to get but still hoping there might be some tests I can do to confirm that it definitely my I/O module is in fact bad? Anybody there to help?

Can I chime in to ask confirmation regarding early M939 trucks where rebuilds of M809 trucks? If true was this rebuild done to trucks already in inventory or to trucks built by AM General but not yet delivered to the DoD (or both)?

I see no grease fitting and the lubrication order for the M809 trucks doesn't mention there being one
