Crate engine, Dresser maybe. Build dates 2006 and 2007 mostly. You probably have a rectangular Kansas RSMS plate beneath the MWO tags on the driver's door sill as well.
The OEM 5ton beds have wood spacers. Going to 16.00s on a 5ton can cause bed contact with articulation and more spacer would be better.
Looking at the pic of your truck, it looks like you're running 395s. Additional clearance between the top of the tires and the bed wouldn't hurt.
