    Dive, I have a set of the wheel spacers that you will need to use the hmmwv wheels. They are the new aluminum spacers with the lug nuts. $100 plus shipping. White Owl Motors in Kinston NC did have a number of the 6.2 pulled from hmmwvs at one time.

    Looking opinions on this conversion. I am not new to the CUCV as this is the 4th one that I've had. This one is a M1009 that I bought 3 months ago.     Ground connection near parking brake.

    Thanks guys. The fuel gauge sets at 3/4 full and doesn't move when the ignition is shut off. I am afraid that the gauge is not getting any power or is not grounded.

    My fuel gauge is not working and I was checking the 5 or 6 prong ground under the dash near the parking brake and there is nothing connected to it. Does anyone know how many if any factory connections are attached there.

    Best method to remove the Steering Knuckle Arm from the Knuckle?

    If you will hit the arm from the side it will peel the cones out. Use a four pound hammer and hit it hard and you will see the cones loosen.
