I am not sure what could be making it stick. I know my HI/LOW range is sticking BAD and won't switch easily or even switch. I think it may have something to do with under the chassie the limiter switch. You may have a similar problem.
ANYONE know what the limiter switch does under the chassie...

The TM says 60PSI... the Tire side wall says "when Cold 100PSI"... the plate in the front says "CTIS PSI - HIGHWAY 60, Secondary 35, Off Highway 25 & Emergency 12"
The other question in regards to the air pressure... could over inflation of tires cause the CTIS to go off?...

I am trying to service my glad handles so they work to allow me to air up the pressure to the tires or using 1 inch drive air impact gun? Any ideas on how to get the pressure to the glad handles?
I am having a air leak issue with one of the sensors on the main / top air tank on the passenger side. I have tried to first drain all air then take the sensor off but it wont budge... I think that when it was in service they used RED locktite... :'(
Any ideas on how to check for leaks elsewhere...
I ham having similar issues with loosing air... but my tanks do build pressure. If I park for even a half hour the pressure will be gone. Any ideas on what could cause the leak or where it could be leaking from?
