Been a little slow lately, but getting back around to trying to finish this thing up. Got all the parts sandblasted and primed, and sanding down a couple of aluminum parts, and then hopefully paint this week.
Do you have a laptop hooked up with the digital wrench to read the code? Try disconnecting the battery for 10 min then reconnect and see if that clears the code. Guessing this is a diesel?

All of the plastics are finished and starting on all of the metal. No cracks in the plastic, only a couple of deep grooves, which we fixed.

Not much to report as we took a break for the holidays, but got most of the front done. Still waiting for the shocks to be rebuilt. Need to clean the radiator, but we're working on the back now.
It's a factory rim, it's just painted black for whatever reason. I have one spare and the factory carrier that goes with it as well. I am always on the lookout for more, though.

I finished my resto on one I got from auction. Sanded the rack down and found the original stencil on where it came from and re-branded it as such. Lighting is weird in a couple of the pics. I added a Baja Industries LED...
The short answer is no. But I'm not a professional com guy.
Having both systems, I know the VIC-1 is compatible to the SINGARS with an adapter, but I am fairly certain the VIC-3 is not backwards compatible to the RT524.
