When I send out the tube kits I suggest replacing all fuel lines with Parker Pushlock brand hose. It meets all requirements, is easy to use and very easy to repair in the field if that ever happens.
However the nylon has its benefits as well. The downside of using the original tubes is the...
Hi Kyle. I can have a set ready to ship later this week. I sell the kit for $250. That includes

I would check your air pressure switch with multimeter, also make sure all the solenoids are clicki g. The cover comes off pretty easy and you should feel one click to open the valves. The other clicks for inflate and the last for deflate. I have extras if you find one bad. There is a good...
I have stainless tubes ready to go if that helps. The fitting end is male JIC so it would be the time to ditch the copper fuel tubes and go full push lock. Hope you get it figured out.
Did you replace all your suction hoses? Also if your concerned about air, while running from the 5 gallon can swap your return hose out for clear vinyl and inspect while its running for air bubbles. That is how another member got on the trail to a cracked fitting. Good luck!
If anyone is interested in replacing their pickup tubes due to either preventitive measures or tube has developed pinholes, I have stainless pickup and return tubes ready to ship. They are tig welded stainless fittings with stainless tubes cut to 1/4" or so shorter than the original copper to...
The braided hoses look awsome! I did mine in pushlock when I had a science project growing in my fuel. I also started making stainless steel pickup tubes to replace the pickup and return. Nice thing is those eliminated the inverted flare and went to JIC.
I make the pickup tubes. It sounds like that is exactly what the problem is. As suggested undo the larger fuel line and back the 90* fitting out of the top of the fuel tank. It corrodes above the fuel line so dont worry about getting it out all the way. Post pics of what you come up with.
