RustOleum Rusty Metal Primer (the red version)

Just adding another positive review, I've used it for years on all kinds of projects, usually in spray cans, make sure to shake well to avoid clogging the nozzle. I've also used the krylon red zinc primer and like that a lot too, I like krylon nozzles better as they seem to clog less than the...

    CA Hagerty Alternatives?

I have Hagerty, when I originally signed up they asked to send pics of it in the garage, so I sent some inside pics. I'm on 32 acres and actually keep it by the house where I can look at it while drinking my coffee, my tractors are in the barn. It's never been an issue since. I wouldn't mind...

Steel Soldiers MV of the month 2021 - May VOTE HERE!

Fmtv crane maintenance manual, hydraulics specs?

Sorry for the delay, there are several fitting sizes, I took some pics, got the paint off a couple to see the markings the other fittings are heavily painted, I can get wrench sizes if that helps, but I need specifics, there's hoses and fittings all over this thing.

Fmtv crane maintenance manual, hydraulics specs?

I can look at mine, I think the ones that connect to the truck are larger than that but between the sections I'm assuming is what you're talking about

    2 questions, batteries and tires

Pulled the 2 bad batteries, the side label lists them as AGM, just like wes said. The tie over between the 2 may have been loose even though the clamps were tight, perhaps thats why this pair went bad.

What have you done to your 5 ton this week?

Yes, that's what I did, The job wasn't too bad after I made the press tool so I could maintain pressure on the drill in those weird spots

What have you done to your 5 ton this week?

Did this a while back actually, but finished adding safety plates to torque rod ends. Not the most fun, but not horrible after making that press. also separated my batteries, isolated 2 bad ones and am working on getting them back up to snuff hopefully

    2 questions, batteries and tires

Does it have to be a deep cycle battery? I have several regular batteries, I get the impression that a good battery will get the charger to activate whether its deep cycle or not.
