I just installed the Camotek side blinker system. It was "super easy' and works great. If it prevents 1 accident, it is worth cost. Highly recommend to everyone.
I think I bought the hardware from Mac Motors about 1 1/2 years ago. Go to TM9-2320-280-24P-1 figure 261 there is a part number list for the jack storage unit.
Late question to this thread sir! In your installations did you ever come across studs that were too short to go through the plate and battery cover? My commander kit seat studs arent long enough and i'm thinking it was meant for the back maybe? I'd rather not weld new bolts as i just got this...
I used 3M Super Trim Adhesive 08090 to install a foam hood liner on my 84 380SL 20+ years ago and it is still holding it above the engine after all those years. I highly recommend trying it.
I finally received the last items of my original order placed on July 14th today. Fortunately, they were spare parts. I just placed a second order and am waiting to see what will happen with it.
Google search brings up 57K3220 is NSN 2540-01-429-9903. The only info I can find, it is seat modification kit for seats in an ambulance or a truck with a shelter on it. Hopefully someone else can figure what is in the kit.
I have installed the seat modification kit (57K0290). It was not that hard, just a lot of work removing rivets on the drivers side. The passenger side was easy. You made small cut in the battery housing, add reinforcing plate on the back, cover plate on the top of the fiberglass cover, and...
I hope this is what you are looking for. TM-9-2320-280-20-3 (wiring diagram FP-7 or FP-15, last pages of manual). It is hard to read when blown up but is barely legible.

I would recommend contacting them. I know my order was blocked by a computer glitch for over 2 weeks. They are trying to work out the bugs in their online ordering system.
I was contacted by customer service yesterday and informed that my order would ship in a couple of days. It appears that my ordered was a glitch to the new internet ordering system and they cannot explain why. Hopefully my order was the only glitch.
I placed an order on July 14th and had not heard or gotten my parts (bearings, seals etc). I called them July 31 to check on status and I was told that my order was marked "Block". They said they did not know why and would contact me after they figure what happened. Maybe they are rethinking...
