    Spark Chasing (full harness rebuild)

Getting into the rear harness. I laid out plywood big enough to fit the entire harness to use as a layout board. The harness was stretched out along the board and i did a rough layout using screws to boarder the wire. This helped keep the old wires in place while i was unwrapping them as well as...

I forgot to attach the light switch diagram. This is courtesy of Larry LaBahn on the M37 Facebook page.

    Spark Chasing (full harness rebuild)

Ill start off with, I have a 1952 M37 that I purchased on a whim 3 years ago. From the time I bought it the electrical system was in shambles. I had no working lights at all, and every wire was labeled differently than the schematic with painters' tape, and half-baked splices all over the place...

    Wiring help, seeking wisdom

Right, if I’m not mistaken that was with the addition of turn signals that the internals were changed out for a 3 wire, with 3 bulbs, and the B/O stop light added outboard of the passenger tail light.

    Gauge wiring.

There is only one wire. Here is a better picture. That may explain it then, since this was converted to a B1 at some point. (Found bondo over the mount holes for the side mounted spare) So say it was you rebuilding this harness 100%, go with a 5 wire or keep the single wire from the regulator.

    Gauge wiring.

Hello all. Have a few questions on the wiring. I’m am getting ready to pull my front harness and rebuild it, I’m doing so I’ve been going through and labeling everything since most of the metal tags are either gone or not readable. However the wiring to the voltmeter does not align with either...

    Wiring on my '52

After 2 days of fighting, head scratching, and a few beers, I managed to get all of the light wires tracked down, tagged, and the rear harness pulled from the truck. It was so brittle I had to pull the fuel tank to get it out without damaging it too much. Going to finish up on the headlights and...
