Getting the ribs trimmed back

Ok, they way over did it with the foam...... Anyone know of a better way of trimming the foam? We are using a hand saw to trim it between ribs and a crowbar to expose the ribs... We got the closed cell so we won't have to worry about it soaking up water. Which also is more rigid

We got the foam insultation installed this morning. I will get pics when I get home. Getting excited now:naner:

Forgot to add the photos of the steps we added. Hopefully the guys will show up to insulate it today.

Prepped and painted. Ready for foam insulation Monday

Updated photos. We now have an emergency side door and windows are fixed :)

Just about got all that we need out of the donor camper. Not bad for a weekends work :naner:

We are at it again! Going to turn our M129 trailer into a camper. We have a donor camper that we will be using most of the parts from to finish out the inside. They are pretty much the same size diamensionally, so it should be a pretty easy conversion. The donor camper is a 2008 Keystone Hornet...
