    Teledyn 4-032 use on garden tractor

    On all but the earliest models, there is a governor adjustment. There is a thumb wheel to lock the setting, affixing the throttle cable to move this setting is what you want to do. Maximum speed is set elsewhere, it's locked in with a 7/16" nut on the governor spring. These engines are fine...
