    Really?? According to mil. specs, the 9.00-20's are load range D (=8 ply) and the 11.00-20's are LR F (12 ply). Maybe there were exceptions of the rule, but every 9.00-20 I have had in my hands was just that, 8 ply rating.

    9.00-20/8PR NDCC is what the M44-series trucks came with, up to the mid 80's. Those can be found everywhere so I don't think that's what you are looking for?
