Ok so the search has yeilded no specific info so ill ask the wize..

I've seen 8 ply 900-20 tires for sale occasionally. What did they come on and does anyone know of any out west? I'd like to use some on my wc62 project.

Thanks.

9.00-20/8PR NDCC is what the M44-series trucks came with, up to the mid 80's.
Those can be found everywhere so I don't think that's what you are looking for?

Really??

According to mil. specs, the 9.00-20's are load range D (=8 ply) and the 11.00-20's are LR F (12 ply).
Maybe there were exceptions of the rule, but every 9.00-20 I have had in my hands was just that, 8 ply rating.

Hmm..ive seen mostly 10 and 12 ply's..maybe they are typos..8 ply is lots for what i need. Thanks ill dig deeper
Titan hawk 373s are 8 ply in the 9.00-20 sizes. You can see the D load range in picture 3.
We have brand new ones on deuce wheels. We can ship as well, the rates have been fairly reasonable lately.

I have come across some BFG 9.00s that were 10ply. The power king super traction model.
