Unfortunately the clutch on the winch wont engage. The handle wont budge. I had to resort to unbolting the entire drum off the front of the truck. Trying to figure out how to get inside the thing. I took the plate cover off the front of the driveshaft side if the drum, and the flywheel turns... -

Shear pin is intact. The drum lock is disengaged when I try to operate the thing. My biggest issue is that the lever is in the our position, but I cant pull line out or anything. -

I was in a wreck last November and my winch was operating prior to wreck. Guy pulled out on red light and I hit him only going 29MPH. Now I cant pull my cable out of the drum and the lever is also stuck. Line wont go in or out. PTO shaft is spinning so its not a PTO/PTO driveshaft issue. Not...
