Some gauges have lights in them some do not. You will need to investigate the details of the particular gauge. In my experience (802 & 803) the light you need will be 24 volts like the gauges. My Faria gauges had the lights in the gauges, just not used. My Datcon gauges did not have a light...
Guy: What TM are you looking in to find your info? Especially the

PART NAME ASSIGNED BY CONTROLLING AGENCY
30 OHM FUEL LEVEL GAUGE".
The only place I was able to find the ohm resistance values was at Eriksmilitarysurplus and that after Diesel's hint to look for 30 ohms
From ARMY TM 9-6115-639-23P I look for both sender and gauge: both will need the same ohm readings, so a find on either will give you good info.
