so i reread this and i think your saying that my fault should not be in the a9 IF i cant close the breaker which i cant. so issue lies elsewhere?

is there a way to test the a9 fault indicator system? and what component usually fails? the light only comes on when i close the breaker and will reset wehn i hold the reset switch but will come back as soon as i close the breaker.

p62h18 goes to pin 6 on the overload protection device P61A18 goes to pin 8 on k15 revers power relay

Ok yes I checked the correct one and have 0 also mine has nothing connected to those 2 terminals also checked both to ground and with light on and off all results were 0

Yes while running and dc on meter k14 5 and 4 0vdc 4 to ground 27vdc 5 to ground 0 Vdc this is the same with light on or off

Yes I have 0 volts between 8 and 7 while running and the reverse current light is on and off

ok so just took readings while it was running and reverse power light is on pins 3 and 8 read 27 volts dc 1 and 2 read 5.5 volts ac 8and 2 and 8 and 1 both read 7 vdc.
