I had an inquiry recently from a guy in BC about possibly buying my Deuce. I have a clear Washington State title, but I recall the previous owner talking about end-use documents, etc. It wasn't really any concern to me, as a US citizen. I doubt I am going to sell it to the canadian, but it...
