Well I see LASD vehicles in the area and in my office park since the county children s protective service is located there. I've been there 13 years so we might have shared the same pavement one time or the other.
I got lucky, the tester was more than fair or I was being overly critical of my...
If I understand the question, The Montebello DMV office. The school I went to picked the DMV office, I would have preferred Arleta which is close to home, I work near Ladera hieghts so I think the closest commercial DMV test center would have been Torrance.
Do tell!!:)
I passed my class A on Wednesday so I'm ready and legal. The trailer needs a lot of work, I have a leaking brake cylinder, lighting re-wire, rear door hinge adjustment and a roof re-panel job. I'll have my cleaning tools cleaned and ready.
Jim, got my DVD...awesome work, thank you again! My wife watched the musical intro but after about 10 minutes of watching you drive your deuce, she looked at me with her loving eyes, gave them a roll and then went upstairs to watch some chick flick.
Great Job. well see if I'm able attend...
Went for a late afternoon drive to the mine. Not really stuck but started sliding sideways on that slippery hill, looked bad so we spent a while trying to figure out a safe way to get the truck back on the road. When it got dark we tried one last time, then called it a day and went back to...
Looking at the training pictures it doesn't look that steep but I lost my balance a few times moving around (and it wasn't all the beer's fault).
I'm sorry I was only out for one night, next time I'm telling the in-laws to get a cab from the Airport .
It wasn't a problem it was a training exercise.
I had a great weekend if only for being there one day. Nice to see everyone again and also meet a bunch of new faces to put with the screen names.
I'm thinking Erik would give you a tour of the place. I ordered some connectors from him last month and paid to get it UPS next day. He sent me an email saying that UPS treats SoCal as next day and he refunded the next day and only charged ground and I got it the next day.
I don't know too...
I ordered from Erik and got it next day (It's Cali so one day is all it takes). Don't panic yet.
I'll be bringing the step van this outing as I'm leaving the MV home until I've got my proper license, I'm too close to have to wait 6-months to a year.
But I still can't wait to get out...
I had a great weekend, brought the M146 trailer home bled the brakes, changed two tires, fixed the air system, cleaned out the inside, it's almost ready to go.
I looks like I'll have a proper place to sleep this time.
I'm in, not sure if I'll be sleeping in the trailer or the front seat again, I'd like to be there on Friday but it might be Saturday again...
I still have a lot to do.;-)
If a reschedule is in order I'm fine with it.
Though....
I want to enjoy using my MV and some cleanup tools. While I might enjoy seeing every jeep model ever produced in one place with the chance to see the wares for sale or trade, I don't see any events scheduled where I get to have some fun...
Well I'm working on getting my license and have a few things to fix, it appears one big thing is my trailer needs new rubber, they are 9X20 tires and I think these are Deuce Rims, am I right?
